Yes, the Ai1 All-In-One Expandable Low Bed features an expandable platform that adjusts from 35 inches to 48 inches in width and from 80 inches to 88 inches in length. This design accommodates wider mattress sizes from 36 to 48 inches without requiring a separate bariatric platform.

Both models offer articulating back rest elevation up to 70 degrees, foot rest adjustments, and 14-degree Trendelenburg and Reverse Trendelenburg capabilities.
